The Regent Rev 400 has been designed to encase an existing ceiling fan. A static vent and single air duct allows ventilation through the roof to the atmosphere.The Rev400 is an innovative ventilation system designed to exhaust unwanted air through the roof. A press-formed one piece base allows the product to mate perfectly with the roof type / profile, reducing the reliance on sealants for waterproofing and allowing for efficient and effective installation.

A single 150mm dia. air shaft is used to fit over an existing ceiling fan.

The product is ideal for bathrooms, toilets, ensuites and any other room where an existing exhaust fan directs air into the roof cavity. It is the perfect solution for meeting building code and local authority requirements.
